We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship exclusively within the United States. Shipping times and costs will be displayed during checkout. While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thefoolslab.com.

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on sale items or custom orders.
