Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and, when helpful, clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Natural Variation

Our pieces are made with natural stone. Variations in color, clarity, inclusions, internal texture, and pattern are part of the material and are not considered defects.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. If a return is required to resolve an eligible issue, we’ll provide instructions directly.
