OUR RETURN PHILOSOPHY

Each crystal bracelet from The Fool’s Lab is cleansed and energetically prepared before it leaves our lab — ready to meet its wearer. We see every piece not just as an object, but as a spiritual companion. To return a bracelet is not simply a matter of logistics, but of energy — as each one has already begun to attune to your unique presence from the moment it was chosen.

For this reason, we generally do not encourage returns. We believe in the idea of connection — that when you choose a piece, it chooses you too. However, if you feel truly disconnected from your piece or it doesn’t feel aligned with your intention, please reach out. We’ll always listen.

REQUESTING A RETURN

Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis for unworn pieces in original condition, within 14 days of delivery. To begin, please email us at support@thefoolslab.com with your order number and a short note about your reason for return.

EXCHANGES

We understand that sometimes, the energy you seek may lie in a different piece. If you’d like to explore an exchange, let us know — we’re happy to guide you toward something more aligned, based on availability.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Custom or made-to-order pieces, as well as any items marked final sale, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

RETURN SHIPPING

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
