ARE THE CRYSTALS REAL?

Yes. We only source natural stones — each one hand-selected for clarity, energetic resonance, and origin. Our crystals are ethically gathered from trusted suppliers in Brazil, Madagascar, India, and beyond — regions known for their high-grade mineral formations.

Slight variations in color, texture, and inclusions are to be expected — and cherished. These marks are not imperfections, but signatures of the Earth’s process.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY BRACELET?

Keep your bracelet away from prolonged moisture, direct sunlight, and harsh chemicals. When not in use, store it in a soft pouch or box. To cleanse, gently wipe with a dry cloth or leave it near selenite or clear quartz.

CAN I WEAR MY BRACELET DAILY?

Absolutely. These pieces are designed to walk with you — whether you’re meditating, working, or simply living. If you feel called, remove them during sleep or bathing to preserve their integrity.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We typically ship in-stock items within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, orders arrive in 2–5 business days depending on your location in the U.S.

All orders ship from our lab in New York.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Not at the moment. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Returns & Exchanges

CAN I RETURN MY BRACELET?

Returns are generally not encouraged due to the spiritual nature of our pieces. However, if you feel truly disconnected from the bracelet you received, email us within 14 days and we’ll do our best to assist you.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER BRACELET?

If a different stone calls to you, we’re happy to explore an exchange. Just get in touch and we’ll guide you based on availability.

Energy & Intention

HOW ARE THE CRYSTALS CLEANSED BEFORE SHIPPING?

Each bracelet is energetically cleansed and prepared with intention before it leaves our studio. We begin with a gentle smoke cleansing using sustainably harvested white sage or palo santo, followed by a resting period on a bed of clear quartz to neutralize any lingering energies.

This ritual ensures your crystal arrives energetically clear—ready to attune to your personal intention, meditation, or healing journey.

CAN I SET MY OWN INTENTION?

Yes. Once you receive your bracelet, hold it gently in your hands and focus on your intention. Speak it out loud or in silence — the stone will hold your energy.
