Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from our New York lab with care. At the moment, we only ship within the United States. Shipping is complimentary—always.
PROCESSING TIME
We typically dispatch all in-stock items within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
We use UPS and FedEx ground services for all deliveries. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. This is automatically sent by our system to the email address you used at checkout. If you don’t see it within a few days, please check your spam folder—or feel free to contact us.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out. While we are not responsible for issues caused by carriers, we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the situation.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping is currently free on all U.S. orders. No minimums, no surprises.
